We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouses from 3 business days!
Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 2 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!
At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.
You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 3 hours, your order will be processed for producing, stocking, packing and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.
To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at cs@TheFriday89.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
